Our management staff has over 35 years of combined experience in managing property, fielding maintenance requests/complaints, contacting vendors to have work completed correctly and in a timely manner, reviewing and coding invoices for processing, reviewing monthly financial statements to distribute to owners, performing property inspections, preparing resale certificate packets and communicating with property owners to provide the highest level of service. Chrissy Greene, Vice President of Association Management, has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Virginia Tech and has been with Hall Associates for over 20 years. Through classroom education, testing and a detailed case study, she has earned the CMCA, AMS and PCAM designations. Nikki Pritt, Association Manager, attended Virginia Western and Mary Baldwin College studying Communication and Business and has been with Hall Associates for over 11 years. Nikki has also earned the CMCA and AMS designations. Caryn Newcomb, Administrative Assistant, has been with Hall Associates for 4 years and excels at providing the behind the scenes support necessary to provide the best possible service. Our accounting staff has over 60 years of combined experience in establishing bank accounts, reconciling bank statements, processing payments and invoices, maintaining insurance certificates for vendors and/or contractors, preparing monthly financial reports and many other accounting related functions.
