Associate Broker
A Roanoke native, Gavin Hollingsworth brings a unique brand of eager enthusiasm to the regional commercial real estate market. His natural affinity with people positions him squarely in the competition as an up-and-coming agent. As an Associate Broker with over five years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, he considers and values every transaction whether it be a sale or lease, big or small. Working through challenges is what drives him to be a thorough and successful agent. His knowledge of the region has been a strong asset in growing his community and taking it to the next level. Gavin enjoys working with local community efforts and non-profits. He is currently the Board President for the Tudor House, a nonprofit focused around suicide awareness, education, prevention, and support. Gavin has an Associate’s Degree from Virginia Western Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech, both in Business Administration and Management with a concentration of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Technological Management. He was also a 2022 graduate of the Leadership Roanoke Valley program through the Roanoke Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Gavin enjoys being active in adult league sports, playing golf, attending various events around Roanoke, traveling, and hanging out with his canine sidekick, MoneyPenny.
